These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between q7i9 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers, accesses or uses the services made available at q7i9.cam (hereinafter "the Website", "the Service").

Your use of the Platform, whether by browsing the Website, creating an Account, depositing funds or placing any Bet, constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is also indicated by ticking the relevant checkbox during registration.
These Terms apply to all Users regardless of their location. If you access the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorised to bind that party to these Terms. Notwithstanding this, third-party account usage is prohibited under Section 5.
To register and maintain an Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
q7i9 expressly reserves the right to decline any registration application or suspend any existing Account where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be confirmed, without prior notice and without liability.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same or different names — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q7i9 may close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and forfeit any balances at its sole discretion.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform. Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. q7i9 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify support immediately if you suspect your Account has been compromised.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining verified Cash Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance.
In compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and operator licensing requirements, q7i9 mandates Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal request and reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

q7i9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account functionality pending completion of KYC review. Any funds associated with an Account where KYC cannot be satisfactorily completed may be held pending regulatory guidance, returned to source, or forfeited in accordance with applicable AML obligations.
The Platform may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and select cryptocurrency options such as BTC, ETH and USDT. These references are provided for user familiarity only. The actual availability of any specific payment method must be confirmed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. q7i9 makes no warranty that any listed method will remain permanently available.
Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion may apply depending on the payment method used. Conversion rates applied are determined by the Platform or payment processor at the time of transaction. q7i9 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
Minimum deposit amounts are set by the operator and vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform. q7i9 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds without prior notice.
You must only deposit funds that belong to you and have been acquired through legitimate means. Deposits from third-party sources, including deposits made on behalf of another individual, are strictly prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the account suspended pending AML investigation.
All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. q7i9 will process withdrawal requests in a timely manner; however, final processing times are dependent on the payment method selected, banking processing schedules and any applicable compliance review. Estimated processing windows are provided in the cashier and are not contractually guaranteed.
In line with standard AML practice, withdrawals will generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. q7i9 reserves the right to require additional verification before approving withdrawals via methods not previously used for deposits.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed in the cashier. Requests below the minimum withdrawal threshold will not be processed.
q7i9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or Terms breach; (c) a pending investigation is in progress; or (d) required documentation has not been provided within the timeframe requested.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers available on q7i9 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible game categories, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on restricted game categories may not contribute to wagering requirements. Contributions from different game types (e.g., slots versus live casino) may be weighted differently — full details are provided per promotion.
q7i9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: low-margin hedging strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds; creation of multiple accounts to claim single-use offers; and systematic wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
Where a User requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to active Bonus Funds, the Platform may cancel the relevant bonus and proceed with the withdrawal of the verified Cash Balance only. The specific treatment is determined by the applicable bonus terms.
Sports betting markets on q7i9 cover a wide range of events including Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, domestic and international football, UFC and other major global competitions. Each market is governed by product-specific sports betting rules, which are available in the Platform's rules section. q7i9 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, data feed failure or significant rule breach is identified.
In-play betting markets are updated in real time using live data feeds. q7i9 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice. Bets accepted during a suspension window prior to technical re-opening may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Live casino, slot, instant game and other casino product categories are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game studio. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and volatility information, where available, are displayed within each game's information panel. The Platform does not guarantee any particular outcome in casino games.
In the event of a software malfunction, system error or communication failure that results in an erroneous bet outcome or incorrect odds display, q7i9 reserves the right to void the affected transaction. No liability is accepted for system failures or outages beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on q7i9 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities:

No User acquires any ownership interest in Platform content by virtue of registering an Account or using the Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering or commercial use of Platform content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q7i9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q7i9 holds its operating licence. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any other relevant legislation.
Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licence jurisdiction. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your place of residence to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
q7i9 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide notice through the Website or by email to the address registered on your Account. Notice will be given at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the amended Terms, except where immediate changes are required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
